The End of the War issue marks the end of the Second World War 60 years ago. The Centrepiece of the issue is the St Paul's Cathedral Stamp from the 1995 Peace and Freedom issue.
Its value has been upgraded from the 25p to the 1st Class and it depicts the cathedral illuminated by giant wartime spotlights. It also has the 5 Machin stamps arranged in a 'V' for victory sign on a Miniature Sheet designed by eminent Royal Mail stamp designer, Jeffrey Matthews.
