No 4, 1866-79 Type. Penfold Pillar Box 1866.
Dated February 1972 on the rear of the booklet.

NOTE: The perforation quality varies dramatically throughout the whole DN series.
From perfect (*which is rare!!!) to straight on one edge or the other. I have tried to gauge the quality using Good, Fair or Poor and priced them appropriately.
