These booklets were issued with 10 x 1st Class Flame stamps SG1512 (UHB3) imperforate horizontal edges. Flame stamps printed Upright (U).
The pane is exactly the same as used in HD3 and HD3a.

They are either:
- imperforate on the top (row 1 - DGN1.5.1 - IPPP)
OR
- imperforate on the bottom (row 2 - DGN1.5.2 - PPIP).
