This miniature sheet was originally sold at £1.40, the premium was used for the 'Stamp World London 90' International Stamp Exhibition.
The design of the stamp is the same as the commemorative set of 4 released but the images are horizontal (as against vertical).
1989 was designated Museums Year, and this issue features four areas in Britain's 18th-century industrial revolution.
The 19p and the 35p show the means of transportation, and the other values highlight the importance of tin and cotton in manufacturing.
