• 1996.041.01a is same as 1996.041.01 except the fluor is a brighter violet cover and only available from Warrant number 100.

• 1996.041.02 has one 3mm Inset Band at Left in positions 1 and 3 from book of 4 (GN3) issued 19th March 1996.
• 1996.041.03 has one 3mm Inset Band at Right in positions 2 and 4 from book of 4 (GN3) issued 19th March 1996.

• The original 2004 (2004.046.01) was withdrawn and then, due to postal rates changing was re-introduced (as 2007.046.01), but using a different cylinder.
  Although given the same number (Cyl D1) the setting is distinctly different from the original issue (and the cylinder block does not have the DLR logo).
• SG Specialised does not differentiate between the sheet and booklet stamps (2005.046.01 and 2007.046.02)
• 2007.046.02 is only found in the Machin Prestige Book (DX40)
• 2007.046.03 is only found in the British Army Uniforms Prestige Book (DX40) - portrait is pale.
