It appears that many of the Presentation Packs from the 2001-2002 period are valued substantially more in the market place IF they contain the relevant Insert cards.
I would say that 90% of my Presentation Packs (from all periods) contain the Insert Cards that they were issued with, however, for those packs currently marketed at a higher price with the card I have specifically identified them as WITH or WITHOUT.
