This is the re-issued version which has the revised "NZ POST" logo without the Crown and also without the outline map of New Zealand.
It also has the "CAPEX 87" Logo Overprint on the front cover for the International Philatelic Convention in Toronto, Canada.
The sale copy is annotated "Value $20" in the selvedge of the 2nd Row.
