1960 GB - SG621b-22c Europa: E.F.T.A. Conference Error Set Pr MM

SG621b and SG622c Variety Marginal Set of the First Anniversary of the European Postal & Telecommunications Conference at Torquay.

The error is "Blurred E" in the word European of each value.
This is only found in Row 13 Position 5.
I am supplying these in se-tenant marginal pairs (R13/5 and R13/6) so that you can see the difference.
