91. March 17 - Rate Rise

This is an IMPORTANT NOTE concerning additional costs to customers so please read it.

CHANGE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

As many of you are aware the postage rates will rise on March 27th 2017.

The result of this is that any overseas (non-UK) mail is to rise substantially.

Due to this, and the fact that orders from overseas customers tend to be smaller than domestic orders, I can no longer fully subsidise the delivery for non-UK customers.

I prefer to spend my time working with my stamps rather than days updating my software so I will be offering a quick fix to the problem.

ALL physical orders received from March 30th 2017 will incur a delivery charge of £2.50.
If your order is to be sent to a domestic (UK) address AND your order is for more than £15, then I will immediately refund the delivery charge to your PayPal account, or, if you are paying by any other method (e.g. GBP cheque or bank transfer) you may remove the £2.50 charge yourself before making the payment.
All deliveries to overseas addresses will pay the subsidised delivery charge.
Digital orders worldwide are unaffected both by the delivery charge and the minimum purchase.

In addition, I must STRESS to domestic customers that unless you pay for a "trackable" delivery option (See item headed POSTAGE at the top of the column on the left) I will NOT be responsible for non-delivery. This is the only system that Royal Mail endorse and therefore I must follow their practice.)

Unfortunately, I cannot make the same offer to overseas customers as the only trackable service is both country dependant and also VERY expensive, so if you are not willing to take the chance that an item may not arrive for whatever reason please do NOT order as I will not take any responsibility for its delivery.
