I have taken a liking to the 1992-97 Hong Kong machins and varieties. Does anyone have information on US and UK dealers of these? They seem hard to find in cyber space. I have gaps to fill and would rather buy singles (mint) than break down booklets/sheetlets, etc. |

Hi ...
I may be able to supply most of what you are looking for.
If you let me have a list I will have a look for you.
I haven't put any up on my site as yet but can do easily with, of course no commitment to purchase.
You can quote me Yang or SG Numbers - ... but not Scott as I don't have a Scott album. _________________ Regards

Thanks Dave,
I am waiting for my Yang catalogue to arrive. I have been on your site several times in the past. The Hong Kong issues at this URL won't display pictures or allow me to click to order. Tried everything I know. Anyway, I am fairly complete other than some specific issues, most are the coil singles and a few strips of five, of which I am in need of.
So far I have created my album off of the Deegam list.

There are one or two Hong Kong dealers who list coil strips on Ebay. You need to search for items located in Hong Kong, though - they won't come up on the standard UK or USA Ebay sites. I've bought a lot of cylinder blocks and coil strips from Hong Kong dealers I met on Ebay, and only had a problem with one who tends to use a generic photo rather than photos of the specific items!
Cheers

Sorry, one more thing - Yang doesn't list all the coil strips. The best listing of Hong Kong Machins is in Deegam. |

I received my Yang catalogue a few weeks ago and was somewhat disappointed in the lack of detail of the machin issues. I'm sure they could have offered much more information. I have relied on Deegam to create my album. I've been hesitante to purchase the SG Hong Kong catalogue only because I don't wish to support SG right now given the fiasco with Volume 4 and the NVI machins. All a bit frustrating to a collector of course. I wonder if they have figured out the cost in lost revenue or even care. |
