I have found my Deegam CD ... however still having problems with my login to the site.

Using a make-up name - say my "Personal Reference Number" on the CD label is :

SMITH#1234

I have tried all combinations (all UPPER CASE) I can think of to enter my PRN (and leave the password blank) but still comes up Bad Login.

Can someone help me out here - I am sure it is something obvious but blowed if I can find it.

I tried that Bill - as that is what I had in my Password Manager but I get the same result .... Thanks for the quick reply though - guess I will have to contact Mr Deegam.

Yes - I am doing it all upper case - to make sure I turned CAPS LOCK on rather than just pressing UP ARROW (although I have tried it both ways).

Thanks all - problem solved - it must have been something to do with the Internet Cache because when I rebooted my system the password in my Password Manager worked......

Now I have seen report 86 - I have to go and buy the version....
