Postally used is preferable or FDC used at a push.

AnthonyUK - I can do about half your "wants' as far as regionals are concerned (about 70). Haven't started checking the regular list yet.

What I am looking for would be used blocks of four, and I can do a list if you think that you would be turning any up in your kiloware.
