I used to have just such a cross-reference in EXCEL format - SG books/panes to MPC references. It was complete up to 2004 if I remember correctly.

However I have changed machines several times since then and although I know it is on one of my backup disks somewhere I am blowed if I can find it now.

If I come across it I will update this forum. Always assuming EXCEL 2007 can read whichever version of EXCEL it was written in.
