You can buy them from the Philatelic Bureau - mine arrived (finally) and believe it or not they sent me blocks of 8 after telling me they only supply them in 6's ....

My sub-post office had all of them including the HVs by the day of issue - I was told that they had been distributed. Now... whether or not the postmaster could be bothered to take them out of the safe or not is a different matter. I had the same problem in July trying to buy Mythical Creatures in Wales only to find that I had to have Kings & Queens! |

Did you order blocks of 8? I used to get blocks of 8 from them so I could create an angled margin, but had to give up after they stopped offering them a la carte.

The postal agencies, Royal Mail as well as the USPS, are the only commercial entities that believe they can make a profit selling from an empty shelf.

The USPS is projected to run a $6,000,000,000.oo deficit this fiscal year.
