Have you tried speaking to Duwalders Dave, they may be sending you a different paper by mistake? At worst they may be interested in your comments to try and get the paper improved by the printer.

A quick add that the 4p and 20p produced by Waddington are collected in multiples of 8 (minimum). 10 is better. They are found in the TOP right margin of the sheet.
